Frequently asked questions
How long does the Umrah visa take?
Once you hand in your passport, photo and vaccination card, the e-visa is usually issued within 5-7 working days.
What is included in the price?
Scheduled flights, visa, hotels (breakfast and dinner), transfers, visits, scholar guide, ihram kit and insurance. Lunches and personal expenses are not included.
Why do double, triple and quad prices differ?
Prices are per person; sharing a room with more people lowers the per-person accommodation cost. Families share a room; other guests share with guests of the same gender.
Can guests over 65 join?
Yes, there is no age limit. We recommend packages with hotels closest to the Haram and our free wheelchair and assistance service.
Can women travel for Umrah without a mahram?
Women aged 18 and over may perform Umrah with the group without a mahram. A female guide accompanies our groups.
