Sekîne was founded in 2009 in Fatih, Istanbul, by a small team who saw the Umrah and Hajj journey not as a service but as a trust. Our name comes from "sakinah", the tranquillity sent down upon hearts, because we want our guests to focus only on worship.

Today, with TÜRSAB Group A licence no. 11947 and Hajj-Umrah licence HU-2311, we send more than 3,000 guests a year to Makkah, Madinah and Jerusalem from our Fatih head office and Üsküdar branch.

Our principles

• Transparency: hotel distance to the Haram in metres and per-person prices by room type.
• Small groups: no more than 16 on premium and 45 on standard programmes.
• Knowledge and sincerity: Diyanet-certified guides with at least ten years' experience.
• Assistance: free support for elderly and disabled guests.
